Questions patients actually ask

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

You can walk in during clinic hours and we will see you as the schedule allows. For implants, braces and any surgical treatment, please call first so the right chair, instruments and doctor are free for you. If you are in pain, call and say so, pain is triaged ahead of routine work.

Is treatment really cashless under EHS and WJHS?

For procedures that the scheme covers and approves, yes. You do not pay us and claim later. Our Aarogya Mithra help desk raises the pre-authorisation. Eligibility and approval are decided by the scheme authority, not by us, and some procedures are outside the covered list. We will tell you before treatment starts which part is covered and which part, if any, you would pay for. Full process here.

I am frightened of the dentist. What happens at a first visit?

Nothing painful and nothing permanent. A first visit is talking, looking, and usually a digital X-ray. We explain what we found, what the options are, roughly what each costs, and what happens if you do nothing for now. You decide afterwards. Many patients come once, go home to think, and return weeks later. That is completely normal here.

Do you speak Telugu?

Yes. Consultations are normally in Telugu. We also speak English and Hindi. If it helps, bring a family member. We would rather explain the treatment twice than have you agree to something you did not follow.
