Care Dental Experts held a 4.9★ average from 121 Google reviews as of July 2026. We do not reproduce review text on this page. A testimonial that appears only on a clinic's own website is not evidence, anyone can write one. Read ours where they are timestamped, attributed and outside our control.
How we handle reviews
- We ask once, in person, at discharge. That is it. No follow-up messages, no repeated requests.
- We never incentivise a review. No discounts, no free check-ups, no gifts. Paying for reviews is against Google's policy and it makes every other review worthless.
- We never gate reviews. Asking only happy patients to review you is a policy violation, and it is dishonest.
- We reply to negative reviews without discussing your treatment. Your clinical details are confidential even when you have complained publicly. We will invite you to talk offline instead.
- We do not remove honest criticism. If a review is factually wrong we will say so politely and publicly; if it is fair we will say that too.
If something went wrong
Tell us before you tell the internet, not because we want to avoid the review, but because most problems are fixable and a review does not fix them. A denture that rubs, a crown that feels high, a bill you did not expect: these are all things we would rather correct.

Do not hand-write an aggregateRating block for the clinic in schema markup. Google
disallows self-serving review markup for local businesses and it risks a manual action. Let the
Google Business Profile carry the stars, and date-stamp any rating figure shown on the page, as
above, rather than hardcoding it silently.
